But isn’t it what KA wants to leak to the press so he can get Bassini to buy over losing his shares? Why would KA not do that?

Which is fine - if it’s not going to happen we’d all rather know. You are saying they can’t do anything until Tuesday at 16.30, so in your mind they should take the 2 mill and run. If it goes tits up for Ken that’s his own problem cause he’s fucked about too much. I’m sure you’re pissed off with the whole thing H, especially Ken and must be frustrating having to answer these questions but have your bidders now taken a big step back? Or close to it.

They have done a deal with KA, they did 10 days ago, they agreed to all of his terms.
