Do Companies House records need to be updated following a transfer of security? Presumably not, as no new charge. 

Moonshift may have transferred some property security and the transfer would need to be registered at the Land Registry (albeit in due course).

I've already asked that, tommorow they will see if he turns up with the required funds, because as of now he has shown no proof he has a pot to piss in, nor a window to throw it out of

I've just read through the last few pages, so why not.

Howard's mystery group have been offered £2m to give Bassini more time to complete the deal. He thinks they'll take it because it's £2m to do nothing, but he also said £2m isn't a big enough sweetener, so maybe not? If they do take it they still have a good chance of getting the club a week later.

Bassini has to deposit funds into accounts tomorrow to prove himself, if he doesn't then he will fail FFP. 

If Bassini doesn't have the £2m tomorrow, then I assume the mystery buyers will still try to complete on 2nd? 

Everything has to be sorted by 9th April otherwise bye bye Bolton. Still won't be as painful as Stoke at Wembley.

bassini has to show EFL and Bolton lawyers the money on monday. If He pays it then mystery bidders are out of the picture.

however:

Bassini can offer mystery bidders money to not take the shares on Wednesday. But they have no proof of said money as yet. If Bassini succeeds in paying mystery bidders then the takeover can get taken to 9th April - liquidator appointment takes 7 days usually. So from 3rd April court date that’s the 10th.

bidders would be satisfied (for lack of a better word) to take their offer to delay for a few million but think Bassini won’t be able to show funds. So they get a few million and can still buy the club if Bassini comes up short and if Bassini does get the club then they at least got paid off a few mill.

Howard’s implying Bassini is mugging off Dave Richards to give him credibility to get loans to buy the club but not sure how that works as Howard says there’s nothing left to loan against. That or he’s the front man and is backed by a different bidder who has got cash.

so all in all Howard is relatively confident things can still go as planned but the mystery bidders are pissed off at the circus that’s been created.

probably missed the financial points but I’m sure a more financial head like Chris or sluff can explain that...

So today’s the day we find out whether Bassini can even raise £2m to keep Howard’s group quiet for a week. Then he has to prove funds of substantially more to satisfy the league etc.

I imagine with such deals there is a solicitor/middle man that can deal with any issues that involve third parties even if it is only a drop box email. This keeps everything annonymous but allows communication that affects the deal. 

H has made it clear that his lot are unimpressed with KA.

Understandable, however considering how close they are to effectively fucking him off, then why get a bit hot under the collar now?

Additionally, if they're frustrated with dealing with cunts, then why even contemplate accepting some money from Bassini etc al?

£2m is a lot of dough, fair enough, but if they really are fans (H's lot) then surely they won't be swayed by a comparatively small amount, that could leave still more uncertainty around the club.

Thought 2 was turned down but they'd settle for 12. Or have I got it wrong again?
