Out of curiosity, do any WW ers mob up and go to away matches? None of my mates bother anymore, and haven't been to an away match for 2 years mainly because it's crap going by yourself.

Good mix of folk on here who travel regularly jump on

even casino now and again participates in away games, once you ignore his parky loving he’s a decent chap

  • Had a period where I did a few aways on my own after my previous away mate knocked it on the head. It didn't last long, some absolute top lads off here will take you under their wing.

Did a number in League 1, but none since Port Vale, so perversely excited about next season.

Made me smile that, bury boy

True though

We have even made radcliffe welcome

Easy enough to spot WWayers at away days - head for spoons in the town we are playing at before 11 - full of down and outs from here plus the locals

Strange, I've done plenty of aways and met up with many WW posters and have managed with £149. I don't do drugs though. :D

fat fingers

Done 4 this year. Will go to forest to take me to a poor 5. I’m not really missing them either. Hopefully a short term issue but I’m not sure this time

Cheers lads, seems like something that may interest next season, i'll keep my eye out for next season

I'm similar to you Wullie although I reckon that I've been to about 6 aways last two seasons - all on my tod - most homes have been the same apart from a few

Leeds away last year really pissed me off. Quiet pint on my own and Bolton's finest wrecked the pub - really put me off

Must become less grumpy and a bit more friendly to strangers and seek out some WWayers. Must have met a few over the years without realising it although I know that I did meet embankment once (iirc he lived near my ex in laws in Howfen at the time) and I also met some in a boozer near West Brom's ground well before I was on here, which got me interested in reading stuff on here (when some knob pulled Fat Frank's trousers down outside the front of the pub) - we lost 1-0

In my experience, tip one of a decent away day is to avoid any pubs full of Bolton fans to be honest, WWays folk not withstanding.
