First time in about 47 years I haven't been to an away game and I won't be persuaded to go to Blackburn or Forest.

But, next year, with Blackpool, Fleetwood, Bury (poss), Rochdale (poss), Forest Green (poss), Plymouth for the weekend, looks far more enticing.

If we still have a club,of course.

Good mix of folk on here who travel regularly jump on  even casino now and again participates in away games, once you ignore his parky loving he’s a decent chap

  • Had a period where I did a few aways on my own after my previous away mate knocked it on the head. It didn't last long, some absolute top lads off here will take you under their wing.

See, I thought Fleetwood was a shit away day. Poulton is good but not just on the doorstep.

That said, I’ll still be at them next season. Not sure I’m back for any of our last 4 games this season. I love the club but don’t like anything about the players/manager/chairparasite right now

Said this on another thread, the potential aways next season when factoring in who could come up from L2 as well are mouthwatering.

Mixture of local stuff, long way away stuff and not played in donkeys stuff.

Just the usual big but and what if in the way first.

Lincoln City on the rattler. Iamin.

Got 2 season tickets so contributing that way, if I don’t go at least my money goes in

it’s not financially viable for my ticket as I always miss so many through work

Got 5 earmarked for next season none if which I've ever been to before;

Oxford, Lincoln, Portsmouth, Plymouth and Wycombe

If we're in the North West counties there's no excuse for not getting to every Saturday away game imo

Done none this season.

Planned to do Wigan and Blackburn but missed Wigan and not going to Blackburn with nowt to play for.

Lucky last time had s fair few local ish games to boost numbers

speaking to meldrew about this Saturday not the best mix next season

Don't count your cream teas yet. We've got to avoid the drop still

Tiny away end at Lincoln.  My brother lives there and they cant get tickets for home games unless bought well in advance.  Great city for pubs though.

Wycombe is the only new ground for me........the others are all great places to visit but Oxford now play at another, middle of nowhere, dreary new ground.

In any non league, there will probably be a problem with the numbers of tickets we'll get for aways, especially for local games.

Watched in the boozer. Seem to remember the players arriving and not knowing how to get into the ground. Cameras following them.

Then Coyle taking an age to almost walk the ball into the net.

Did more aways than you the last time we were in League 1

Probably done as many as you this season, albeit I haven't done that many

West Brom and Preston is my pitiful return this season.

Only work prevented more as the lad is bang up for it.

Some belters next season if we are still in buisness. Lincoln could be rather eventful in a port vale fashion.

A pretty poor 8

And rovers and forest can fcuk right off

Preston is my only away this year, usually manage about 6, but did 13 in our last League 1 effort.
