Spot on there pal. But it isn’t in the interests of the media to do so. They report on all these initiatives & movements but in reality they don’t want any of it to stop. If it does what do they write about??

I've listened to Joey Negro for years. Never really considered the racial connotation to his name until now. Particularly as pronounced like the e in 'neck' rather then the e in 'knee'.

He'll be mortified if he's offending people given the type of music he plays and produces - it's got black influence running straight through it.

Still - it's up to him!

How about having the police stop sub-dividing the population with IC codes? Does it really matter that a cop is chasing an IC1or an IC3 male

For your average crime report I agree, but when there is a chance to identify a suspect it would be essential.

More serious crimes, they are going to need a description of suspected ethnicity .

I get that but the IC code is the first descriptor passed over the radio. Why not a description of clothing?
