Did you actually read the thread I posted where the protestors roundly turned on Wheeler the Mayor of Portland the other night ? The camera didn't lie.....

That gives you more of the truth than a biased blog.

Just the picture of the sign & reports from a New York Times journo... But I've no solid proof for you mate. Which is why I said some veterans.

Don't think it's a blog.. it's a paper no? They've been reporting negative stuff that some of the protestors have been doing as well so not sure where the bias comes in. 

Worth noting you've got big crowds in Portland away from the courts peacefully protesting.

Absolutely,  there are big crowds protesting peacefully........but there are some pricks trying to set fre to the Federal Courthouse.....did you forget to mention that  ?

Interestingly, while playing as a junior footballer with my son, Ashley Fletcher was picked up by clubs based more on his stature and bone density. (I’d been chatting on the touch line to the scout)

If black kids have a high bone density which helps in some sports, isn’t it a given that the same density would work against a black person for water-sports?

Let's get rudy to confirm if its really that bad. I take your point, but as birch has pointed out many times, in certain areas in particular, ethnic minorities proportionally carry out more crime.

Good policing inevitably leads to a bit of a nose for things, and a bit of subconscious profiling will develop. Of course some bad apples in the police etc won't help.

Make for quicker sprinters with a higher percentage of agility. Kyle Walker, Leroy Sane, Sterling, Mendy all have higher bone density than their respective non black colleagues. 
 

On the flip side, white players tend to heal better from bone injuries  when they do strength rehabilitations in water.

There is something about body mass. Black folks tend to have a higher centre point in their bodies which is better suited for running/speed. Whereas a lower one is better for swimming. Asians have an even lower one but tend to be smaller so not good for swimming. In sport the ‘best’ wins so you are much more likely to end with ‘winners’ based on merit rather than bias. 
In virtually every other aspect of life where subjectivity is involved the chance of bias is increased. So when it comes to recruitment most people have an unconscious idea of what a good candidate looks like. If you take a secretarial job most people think it is a typical woman’s job. If you thinking banking it is white males. And this is a factor in selecting people for jobs. Add on the fact this subconscious bias can apply to all you are more likely to get women applying for nanny and secretarial jobs all of which reinforces the bias. 
Anyone thinking recruitment is not affected by bias based on sex age race etc etc is IMO wrong. This does not make all recruiters sexist Ageist etc etc but we should put in checks and balances to off set the bias. 
I am 55 next month, if I apply for a job I do think my age would be an issue to recruiters although in theory it should nt be. 
Add on the old thing about how someone fits into a team and again you recruit like for like.

I can never really provide you with solid proof - every video, post and article has a story behind it and another side to it. But it's pretty obvious from that video that some veterans were in attendance at the protest. Which is why I mentioned it. Yes that may be bollocks - but I chose to believe the two journalists who reported from fairly respectable papers. 

I'm not very good at this no. But if you provide me with a script and some top tips I promise I'll get better...
