Mings, Dier and Walker centre backs by the looks of it :)

Listening on the radio. Sounds like we've played fairly well, without overly troubling the keeper.

A deflected shot and a free kick that should have been the other way, and should have been blocked by the wall.

Don't get Declan Rice or Dier, or Winks, not sure what Sancho brings.

Grealish put a great performance in he deserved something

Only watched second half, but only player who looked dangerous and wanted the ball

Hate to say it, but we definitely missed Rashford and Sterling,  Grelish played we'll but we had no end product.

That was like watching a shit pub team that has one quality player :D

He was head and shoulders above anybody else on display for us.

Our main talent is in our wide players. We're only any good when they're playing.

They wont but hope they bin off Southgate now.

The waistcoat, or a flash tank top with buttons has passed his sell by date, he has done okay, he's just gone a bit negative, maybe thats down to a lack of quality at the back, all the same, we have some quick quality players, unfortunately I dont think he is good enough as a manager to get the best out of them.

I recall an interview where he was a tracksuit manager, but struggling at boro, so his wife suggested he may look the part and be a better manager if wore a suit

So he did

Dunno if it helped

Southgates not done a lot wrong imo.

I agree.

Listening to it last night, we outplayed them for long periods. Lacking a bit of end product perhaps, but overall fairly decent.

With all the games coming think and fast there will he more pressure than ever to take care of clubs' players, and I'm not concerned. Next year is time to produce.

He hasn't but for me, he's mediocre. Won't get close to winning anything with him in charge.

Isn't the England manager the best paid job in football management? Give Poch £10m a year and then United can't have him, I say. 😆

Got us to a world Cup semi final for the first time in nearly 30 years

I feel like that's too easy an argument to make. It was the easiest run-in possible.

Beat Tunisia, Panama, Colombia and Sweden.

Lost to Belgium twice and Croatia.

I know you can only beat what's in front of you but I've not seen much to convince me he's the best man for the job.

Beaten Belgium and Croatia since, and qualified for finals of this very league.

He's done no worse than anyone else in recent history, and indeed a lot better than most.

Too cautious. Ireland are obviously not as good as Belgium, but liked that performance, eleven players comfortable on the ball, adventurous and incisive. Then for the big game, his favourites in, some of them out of position, attacks slow and laborious. Also is Pickford tall enough for an international, have a feeling the Burnley lad would have saved the second one.

Commentary was saying our attacking was quick yesterday and Belgium found it difficult to keep up at times.

We lacked a final pass they said but that’s it.

Critical of the wall for not jumping on the second.

Didn't see it, but Waddle doesn't hold back if he thinks we're playing shite, but was complimentary generally speaking.

We just lacked pace up front, expected Sancho to change that when he came on but he was poor. Grealish cut through them with ease & linked up very well with Saka.

Southgate needs to find the right combination in midfield as he has great options between Grealish /Foden/Mount & then just pray his best defenders stay fit & play the tournament of their lives.

P. S.

He needs to find a new keeper.

Hierro, Okocha, Speed - I've seen Bolton with a better midfield than that

Surprised you didn't quote Keane, Scholes, Giggs & Beckham 😁

Gone for a strong side. Surprised he’s picked Kane. Looking forward to seeing Grealish again.

The amount of screaming both sides are doing when there's a tackle is embarrassing.

Grealish is fun to watch, wonderful player.

If they start hitting the target it could be a hatful
