Counter intuitive

On the 'Subscribe' page, scroll to the bottom of the screen for the Latest Available match, then you have to enter your payment details before you enter the voucher code and click 'Apply' to deduct the £10.

Edit: Just saw you already figured it out. Agree, it is not the most user-friendly system.

Club emailed them out on about Wednesday or Thursday.

It was sent in an email last week. May have been diverted into your spam folder.
