October Points

It’s a big month. 8 games in total. 7 league, 1 EFL trophy. Including 3 Tuesday Games.

What do you think is the minimum acceptable number of points we could get in order to keep ambitious and optimistic about our season. I think 2 or 3 wins with a scattering of draws would get us back on track and is hopefully achievable despite our poor start.

Harrogate (a)- Loss (This generations Scarborough etc etc)

Shrewsbury (a) EFL TROPHY - Win

Grimsby (h) - Draw

Oldham (h) - Win

Barrow (a) - Draw

Cambridge (a)- Draw

Bradford (h) - Loss

Orient (a) - Win

Some serious mileage ahead.

Barrow, Cambridge & Leyton Orient within a 12 day period.

Just hoping that the Govt don’t stop overnight stays, close pubs and/or limit travel.

All pointing towards they will on all those counts.

5 league games in 15 days?  15 points in 15 days would be nice, I would think that would be a first in our history.

Sticking with my original prediction I’d take another 2 wins out of 5 without being concerned.

However, being ahead of where I thought we’d be at the moment, a win tomorrow will hopefully give us a platform to go further than that.

What’s the crack with tier 2 and London boozers? I’m tempted to go around London Bridge for the Orient game for a day out

Get to the supermarket, get a load of fancy booze and stay at home - wouldn’t waste tuppence on that shower at the moment

I'm back on track points-wise. Would definitely take 4 points from the next 3 and head into November and improve again.

You can drink inside with people from your own households; outside with the six rule. Was there last weekend and it was pretty quiet but we didnt go in at night time; went to Crayford Dogs Saturday night

That'd be a great name for a band.

9 points with one game left, most of us would have found this acceptable..... Moving in the right direction 👏
