It's that match v Darlington (5/11/86?). What it would have looked like if everyone who claims to have been there, really was.

Now Jim, when I mentioned "rattle" you immediately thought of "rattler" a colloquial name for a train, and suggested Crewe Alexandra, a place inextricably linked to trains. Well it was a good idea but

We will be playing there next season ...not a happy ground for the large away following we take to this place.... It could have been named twice

Yes Rotherham zico got it first though

Ah apologies hadn’t seen that.

Has anyone here seen us win at Rotherham? I must have been there more than any other ground and I've never seen us win.

Never , my first visit was in the 70s the day red rum won the national for the first time , last visit was the debacle of Mr. Onions managerial debut for us ...it was obvious from to that high banked  away terrace he was out of his depth

Goater always found the net against us

Nearest to a win for me would be cunningham day

Derby for me, closest I’ve come to seeing it was a draw we don’t talk about

Recent visits to Hull have also been forgettable

It's been an absolute graveyard. Best moments have been draws. There was one a year or two ago when Doidge equalised late on. Another from 90/91 that (as others have said) we don't mention. There was a nice one in about 83 when our goalie got injured and Wayne Foster went in the nets and we still drew 1-1. As good as it gets!
