Think so. However ours was against a team previously in the top flight, and not one promoted with us, so ours was vastly superior.

Coyles number 1 cuntus

You can argue forever about number 2, but nobody comes close to the damage that cunt did

I saw Coyle numerous times buying enough shite to feed Ethiopia for a week.

Did you ever see his Mrs. ?

Jack Spratt & all that.

Put it this way, her brother was the beach-ball look-alike kit-man we employed for no other reason than the fat cunt was otherwise unemployable .... & she was bigger.

.... & agreed, despite him bringing Stuart Holden, who would have signed for Burnley if he'd stayed there, & Wilshire, the man did so much damage.

Same here. After having team changes forced upon him and going on an accidental good run I walked into the ground for that match and heard the team being read out. Right back to the people who'd failed already. The constant messing about of Muamba throughout that season summed it up for me.

It was like he was determined to fck us up.

The match went along predictable lines & instead of opening a 10 point gap we were down to 4 points. We never really recovered.

It was an opportunity to bury the fckrs.

Frankly, he never recovered after the semi-final, despite the very next game being a good win v Arsenal. He was like a rabbit in headlights. Looking back we shouldn't have started the next season with him, though that IS with hindsight, but he never recovered from that.

How he conned all those other clubs was amazing.

He was probably buying up his weight in Big Macs and fries for her and her slob of a brother. Didn't he fuck up once and some bloke had to give up his replica?

It's been a depressing decade, even Forest we we're overjoyed at staying up.

Evatt should shut the fuck up lest he turn into a Mr. Onions tribute act.

Turned over by beanie chino.

Hang your head.

Fucking sick to be saying/hearing 'get rid of the deadwood'...

Ten years of deadwood.

Not being hysterical but 0-3 to Tranmere is unacceptable.

Fuck knows - I'm in the 'give him time' camp - then I click on the post-match statements...

That defensive unit of sams already taking shape!!🤣🤣

He didnt want to give soft goals and wanted no red cards

welcome back !

The WBA job will be one too far for him, no way is he keeping them up, they're proper shit

Yeah, I think WBA are at the bottom because they have poor players rather than half decent players that were being badly managed.

He has already made them worse, in his very first game. 1 shot!!

I reckon most of us on here would have given Coyle the job.

I was made up when he came to us. Genuinely thought he was the right man to take us forward. Shows you what I know! :)

I dont think he is a good manager from what I have heard since.

There is no set criteria to make a good manager. Its a lottery.

Doesn't help when your captain tries to deprive an opponent of half his leg.

I thought the tackle about ten minutes later could have done more damage. Not sure the first one did more than scrape Grealish's leg.

West Brom's squad is knackers yard status It'll take something to keep that shite up.

He'll probably bring in Defoe on a January loan :D

His job just got even harder with Burnley beating Wolves

That game still gives me nightmares.

no need to bring chungy on - we were in complete control.

No, but the intent was there. Just like Gabbiadini on Coleman- who by chance also got the ball.

Should get added time on his ban for me. It was cunty.

Same as Stoke.  Those 2-2 draws, given we were winning in the 2nd half in both and that the opposition weren't bothered, were pathetic.  Different manager but another 2-2 against an uninterested team, Blackpool, the year after.

The Sunderland away game was also hugely winnable.

2-1 up and klasnic should have won it late on.

we had more than enough chances to stay up
