They drink a shitload of frappè in Crete. Last time I had one I thought my heart was going to punch itself through my chest. Didn’t have another one all holiday.

It reminded me of when we were looking for my daughter a sixth form college. The biology had set up a microscope and you put a pipette full of tiny sand fleas in a water solution on the slide whilst looking. You could make out the heart beating away in these tiny creatures. Then you add Red Bull on them and watch the heart beat faster and faster with the high caffeine and then they pop!

Got some Kenyan roast from Asda. Hands down the best coffee I’ve ever had. Grey I owe you a pint

My tastes have changed massively since we first locked down. Used to be coffee (any old shit but preferably ground beans) in the morning and tea in the afternoon 

Now it has to be really strong tea (Lancashire or Yorkshire or a decent leaf tea and not your PG Tips floor sweepings) first thing followed by industrial strength espresso-type for the rest of the morning. Freeze-dried shite can just fuck right off. Afternoons are still always tea though. Only queers and Europeans drink coffee in the afternoon

And anyone who drinks coffee to finish an evening meal.......

Finally got a bean-to-cup one, its ace.

Its possibly the cheaper of all available, but its is superb.

Mate I have a solid shit once every month on average. Rest of the time It’s just liquid. Not sure there’s much for it to clean out.

Ive been given codeine in the past as an attempt to shore me up a bit micky. It just spaced me out. Genuinely fuck all works. I’m just used to it now although it catches me out quite often. Like when sneezing. That’s a cunt.
