I really wouldn’t have swapped Sarce for Maddison. We already look a lot less solid in the middle, he just doesn’t do the work that Sarce does.

It’s not won. They’ve got players in their team that are more than capable of scoring if we switch off and if they get one then it’s a completely different game.

I’m not saying it will happen, but it wouldn’t be bagging the 3 points just yet.

If Sarce needed to come off then like Jules said, I’d have had Thomasson on - I don’t trust Maddison to track a runner and do the work to make sure we see this game out.
