  • And as for this tiresome bollocks about pathways in our last two tournaments, do people not realise theres a reason we got those pathways? We avoided groups of death becasue we won every single game i

  • Fuck me we lose one game without a full strength team against a team of shit houses who shithoused themselves half way through the last tournament and the knives are out. It was just one of them

  • Biggest cheers tonight were for the paper planes hitting the pitch. I’ve also learned that being close to Wembley as the crow flies means fuck all when it comes to the tube!   Anyway, 9th/10

No Grealish?

Or Foden who's performing again.

Seems the Kraut has his favourites.

Though a 5-0 win ladt time out, away, to the biggest rivals does sort of justify it.

Loftus cheek!

No Foden or Bellingham.

He says that's down to 'rhythm' and they need to do more.

Yet Loftus Cheek is in whos been fucking pants. Skelly has barely kicked a ball this season and Henderson is 47.

He talks shite.

Who would you add/subtract?

Henderson, RLC, Bowen, Watkins, Skelly

Loftus does seem a bit of a cheeky pick, but in fairness, there's nothing wrong with giving last time's team another go.

Henderson and RLC shouldn't be there. I can understand the other 3 to a point. I presume Bellingham is injured, if he's not, then it defies all logic (IMO)

Maybe Henderson is the Robbie Blake of the England dressing room

I've just looked, he's got 85 caps! - he's on the top 15 most capped England players ever. That's some going

he has been, and I think he's only just started playing again.

tbf, he was a superb player and deserved his place in the team, his time has passed now though

He played in the Madrid Derby last weekend and said he wanted to be picked. He's had more minutes that Skelly :D

This squad is for the games against Wales and Latvia

I would consider Bellingham, Grealish and Foden as players for “big games” against top opposition, but Wales is a friendly and given Englands position in the WC qualifiers it’s understandable not to risk them - Bellingham especially - and to take the opportunity to try something different.

looking at the forwards, I’d be considering giving Liam Delap a run out in games like this if only to help his development.

Out until December

I knew you was a guesser

I don’t understand Henderson. Never did in his ‘pomp’

That said the deviant has bought some time with me after the Serbia game. I’m happy to take his lead

A win against Serbia deary me

I understand the Henderson in the squad pick he's a leader and those are needed. No Foden is odd but I get why picking a just recovered Bellingham is being allowed a rest.

Foden, I believe, has temporarily made himself unavailable for selection

Could do with pretending Antoine Semenyo doesn't have caps for Ghana. He's on a tear

Really hope Sheehan doesn't start tonight.

If he does it means I'll have to watch it 🤦‍♂️

If he does and if I was a betting man, I'd stick some money on him getting a yellow card.

Didn't even realise it was against us

Wales simply cannot handle this
