If he's able to tell Rashford not to do that silly run up for a penalty he can have it.

It was a good penalty and nothing against the rules, he doesn’t stop.

The keeper would have to hold his nerve, not commit, and then go the way of the penalty. Even then he wouldn’t be guaranteed to save it unless it’s a weak effort or it doesn’t hit the corner.

It comes with a risk on both parts. But an effective penalty if executed properly. 

Not looking at the ball takes some balls.

A miss kick would make him look a right chump.

Goalkeepers have plenty of scope for gamesmanship at penalty time. Personally I believe that penalty takers should have the same latitude.

He was ineffective starting the other day, but yesterday he was heavily involved as a sub, played the pass that led to both the red card and penalty, cut inside and forced a great save from the keeper and scored a penalty, not much more he could have done really, however when everyone is fit, some good players ain't gonna make this squad at the World Cup and he may be one of them.

the goalkeeper should run towards the ball as soon as the whistle goes, like its an Old XFL kickoff. 

he either commits an infringment or saves the shot . 

I've been very critical of Tuchel up to now ... but last night was a huge improvement.
