It was a good penalty and nothing against the rules, he doesn’t stop. The keeper would have to hold his nerve, not commit, and then go the way of the penalty. Even then he wouldn’t be guaranteed to save it unless it’s a weak effort or it doesn’t hit the corner. It comes with a risk on both parts. But an effective penalty if executed properly.
