Top managers get the jobs because in the main they have shown they can cope with pressure. 

If someone wants a top manager, then be prepared to pay the money.

Of course, a club/country can always try a lesser well known manager but one with promise. May well cost less initially, but again, if good results follow, they will need to pay more to keep them.

He'll have Rashford in who can play 9 as well as Toney. Can't see him taking all 3 with Kane, especially as Bellers or Rogers will probably be in and around Kane.
