You're way too clever for us

We get that

Sigh.

Of course, that's it.

Come on, you're better than that.

But, it is a much more complex issue than you are giving it credence. If it is being simplified, I'm comfortable pointing that out.

Its not that simple, and so, you're right we won't agree.

I can't be arsed going into it.

I know my little dandelion.

I don’t think anyone disagrees that the statue needed removing.

But the manner of it has now opened the door for any group of righteous bastards to do the same.

Why don’t these people clean dogshit off the pavements instead? That would get the backing of everyone.

I thought adorning Churchill with a turf mohican and spraypainting 'Who ate all the pies?' on the plinth was quite inventive.

I thought it was disgrace they slung that statue in the harbour.

They could've weighed it in as bronze and got about £80 then gone for a small piss-up at 'spoons.

Well I'm 100% behind them now as as just heard we won the pitch as the marketing company for the Banksy London and international exhibition. Get the fuckery in.

Viva la Banksy!!!! Give us yer money. Up the revolution. Down with that sort of thing etc etc etc

Banksy is the painting (well stencilling) equivalent of sixth form poets. I could paint better using a broom stuck up my arse.

When a mate moved into a furnished house there was that 'Dorothy' Print about 3' by 2' on the wall in an awful mdf frame, I delivered a booze fuelled tirade against their landlord - what a pair of shitbags, Banksy and him (the landlord), what a load of old wank and all of that, when are you taking it down and chucking it in the garage?

Erm no, that's actually ours.

Oh...

A rich common vandal

If folk are interested there is the moral maze on Radio 4 discussing this - all views represented and very interesting it is.

Let’s not forget what inspired this bunch of riff raff to rip down the statue in the first place….. some junky American criminal being unlawfully killed 1000s of miles away. Funny old world we live in.
