  • I just wish folk would stop producing bollocks information and spreading it. 3 kids have been murdered ffs and the first thing someone can think of is set up a fake twitter profile and post some

Communist scum.

The current labour party sit politically in a very similar place on the left/right spectrum to Dave Cameron's tories. So it's no surprise to them enacting very similar policies. Aiming at those on the bottom rung rather than the top. Not sure how much can be cut from an already heavily cut area.

Land-rich "farmers", non-doms, equity managers, private schools, private jet operators, and people who own more than one home aren't happy with them. They are nowhere near comparable with the Tories under Cameron, or anyone since.

You missed off disabled people.

People who are happy. Hotel owners, dingy suppliers, NIMBY types, prisoners

You already have to prove time and time again that you are 'disabled enough' to claim benefits. Applying to PIP/DLA is a fucking nightmare with disabled people having to hope they not having a 'good day' on the day of their appointment to be grilled by some twat in an office in Salford who holds their mental and physical health hostage every 4 yrs.

Any further hoops to jump through is just cruel.

By all means come after those faking being on the sick, but PIP/DLA is already a battle to claim

He's not always right, but today he is.

The plan is for FEWER assessments and LESS hoops to jump through. Jesus wept.

I really don't see where you are coming from but we all see differently.

To be fair, she explained at great length today that those unable to work would be protected but I understand the worry. She also said there would be less testing for those clearly unable to work for life.

As ever, the devil is in the detail but the hype over this seems very over the top given no actual numbers have been released.

2 guys throwing a chair in a shopping centre

Some scruffs ripping up a flag

🤷🏻 only one who I think is foreign is the Hamas guy, sorry if you don’t think that’s news worthy like.

Was in a lounge at mcr airport last Friday and a family came in , one of them on 2 crutches struggling to walk, found their table and like lazarus was able not only able to walk unaided but carry 2 plates of food and a drink at the same time. When it was time to go to the gate she couldn’t walk. It’s not just abdabs that are milking the system.

They would have been foreign

Thanks for just proving my point 😂😂

Yes relentless was the wrong word… but there’s a pattern. You’ve just admitted it.

Don’t worry, I ain’t bringing in the R word. I’m only asking why the majority of the time you focus on foreigners or folk who aren’t white ?

Absolutely true but it has been the same for decades.

I hate cunts like that. Scutters who should be flogged for being utter cunts.

Who would have?

I sat through a PIP interview with my missus, she had been redundant from work on grounds of Ill on about £30k per annum.

She went through an ‘interview’ which was basically some going through about 10 pre set questions , like can you walk up and down stairs, dress your self etc etc. The woman was nice but confirmed based on answers she had given she would be fit to work. So her employer said she was not so had to pack in her job, but Govt she said could so no PIP.

The problem is some people know how to play and abuse the system and make money from it, for most decent honest people you get fuck all.

Of course, there are loads playing the system and those that need it shafted. It's always been that way.  But surely we need to clamp down on those that won't work? Or after Covid (and the massive rise in claims) are things a lot more complicated?
