Some jobsworth hoping another victim would lie down and take it.

Knew a lass (sadly since passed away) she had a leg amputated had to argue that she was entitled to a lifetime award for her lack of leg. She had to go to tribunal and took an incredibly sarcastic letter from her doctor stating that barring a miracle from a higher power her leg wasn't coming back.

As others say, we just waste time arguing back & forth. 

Ive said the majority of the issues you raise. that’s more 50%. And I’m not aiming to prove anything statistically. I’m only asking why you tend to focus on foreigners & immigrants. It’s a perfectly legitimate question, which you don’t seem willing to discuss.

This and TMGJ story highlight a real issue. Putting qualifying people into a process, kicking them out, then letting them in on appeal as well as being shit for the person is incredibly inefficient. How much does the reassessment and the appeal actually cost and then times that by the thousands that are put through the process ? 
 

It is pretty shit to think that they are hoping as well as picking up on dodgy claims they are hoping X% of valid claimants just give up or take the re assessment at face value. There is balance between re assessing and wasting money. The amputated leg is a great example, I daresay so valuable NHS time has also been wasted with the GP writing a letter. 
 

As well as catching dodgy claimants how much could be saved by halving the reassessments and subsequent appeals ? It sounds counter intuitive because increasing assessments should you would think cut down on fraud but as long as the right cases are assessed and obvious ones are given longer term ‘cover’ it would save money.

Asking one question with so many exaggerations is a bit odd don’t you think? Anyway back to my posts…

Three of them were regarding the British justice system. Judges (who I’m guessing were white and English) coming to shit conclusions. This has been an ongoing thing on here with many other posters as well as an ongoing thing with the Telegraph who were highlighting the problem.

The Palestine protestors were white and English. 
 

12 year old girl white and English 

Grandama arrested white and English. 
 

Man in jail who slashed someone no idea of colour or nationality, 

I did ask a question regarding 3 brothers jailed, not sure if they were foreign  but they were brown. Question being what would make 3 bothers all think rape was normal.

 

So a simple answer to your question (if I’ve got the right question) is I don’t. 🤷🏻

Just back to the benefits and young people 

We live in very nice area.

Our next door neighbours, nice enough, one works at Leeds Uni running outward bound courses, the other a photographer (stay at home mum !)

Two lads 12 and 14. The elder one is being home schooled as he could not cope at school, his brother apparently same issues. All about Attention span, but the cynic in me thinks that they have fuck all wrong with them, and they just do not like school because the teachers are strict whereas the parents are not. They are often knocking around with mates not causing trouble but somehow coping with the pressures of life. They are currently playing football in the street. 
 

The point is if the first time they are not happy at school or someone says ‘no’ they are allowed to get their own way. How is that helping them for future life ? Their mum and dad are desperate for a diagnosis that says it is not their fault. 
 

Only Ian Evatt would be telling them to ‘toughen up’ or ‘man up’ but surely more needs to be done to nip this in the bud ?

I know of a family in a similar position. Eldest, year 9 doesn’t go to school now because of his ADHD. His younger brother, who is my lads best mate, has also been diagnosed with ADHD and just goes in school when he feels like it. Basically his older brother has told him what to say. Both of them out every night of the week, not a care in the world. 
 

My lad now keeps trying to tell me and the missus that he has  ADHD. It’s not happening son, no matter what your mates and google tells you to say. Now get in fkin school!

A good chunk of the kids at my lads autism school were previously unschooled, neurodiverse kids fall between gaps in schooling quite regularly they're not 'special' enough for a special school but can't manage in a mainstream school. Schools now are better at picking up signs of autism/adhd so check with them if you think your kids is bullshitting.

Being able to hang about with your mates after school is no indication of how you'd cope at school.

There’s nothing wrong with him, every teacher speaks highly of him, he’s just trying to pull the wool as he’s seen his mates dossing when they should be in school.
