I don't apply an inverse square law to human suffering based on distance. Dead kids are dead kids whether they're in Birmingham or Gaza.

We all pick our battles though, so you guys keep on fighting your injustice wherever you see it! 👍

Don't you worry. We will.

Blame Hamas for the dead kids.

The supporters from Tel Aviv were banned to placate an obnoxious muslim minority bent on the complete annihilation of all Jews and the state of Israel.

Disagree in terms of reasons for the ban..…..however I 100% agree with you and don’t doubt there are a small minority of folk (Hamas and Hamas-sympathisers) who have those anti-Semitic and anti-Israeli views. Evil.

Do you acknowledge though there there are also a minority of Jewish folk who have equally repulsive views about Muslims and their rights to have a Palestinian homeland, and even want to seize (“cleanse”) land currently legally inhabited by Palestinians?

No, didn’t think so. Two sides of the same coin which you’ll never see. Until both sides do peace will never be achieved. Might have mentioned this before……

Obviously, a few weeks after killing 2 fans no one would criticise that. They’ve been back to England since though. Also to prevent violence in Turkey its arranged that away team fans are coached to the ground and out of the ground after the game, to reduce  violence, surely something they could have looked at over here instead of taking taking the easy option.

Aye.

Not sure there have been many incidents in Israel of fans killing visitors, so not really a comparison.

Could do with a clean up as well tbh, not sure Gonzo would be up for that though.

Surely the Villa game was called off because the fans were Israeli rather than the fact they were Jewish ? As the two go pretty much hand in hand easy to equate the two.

This alongside the Israeli fans track record makes for a pretty toxic mix especially in an area with a high % of support for Palestine.

Any suggestion Kier is an anti semite I am sure we all agree is fucking nonsense.

It was their behaviour in Amsterdam and previous games that was the main reason. No doubt that the pro Palestine locals was a consideration for the police as well.

It is the actions of the Israeli state, rather than them being Jewish or Israeli. It's a shame politics has been brought into it. But a country committing genocide is going to struggle to have those representing them accepted by everyone. A Russian club may experience similar if they were allowed to come. I do genuinely sympathise with the Israeli sportsmen and women who've been subjected to protests across Europe, but I don't sympathise with the Maccabi fans.

On record as the most racist in Israel last season. Spouting all sorts of vile shite about Muslims and turning up to European cities and being more interested in attacking innocent Muslims than watching the football.  Fuck em.

11 arrests the other day, from both protests. It was hardly the chaos that we were told would be caused by the 'Islamists ruling Birmingham' .

Imagine the carnage if they'd have been allowed to come. I'm even beginning to consider that it might have been the safest decision.

Is attacking innocent Muslims Any different than attacking innocent scousers (is there such a thing?)

Not sure what your point is with this question?

The day before the game they targeted the cities taxi firms, which had mostly Arabs working for them, & started attacking them at work. Completely unprovoked.

These people weren’t even attending the game. It had nothing to do with football. It wasn’t a football rivalry, so I’ve no idea why you keep comparing it to rivalries here. And isolated incidents of locals being caught up in stuff.

If a club in England became notorious for its hatred of Muslims, and prided itself on that hatred through its songs. Whilst regularly attacking local Muslims away from the game on away days - then the police would look into banning them.

It’s not hard to grasp …. It really isn’t 😄

Wasn't it the Roma fans who put that Scouser into a coma a few years back outside Anfield ?

Horrible cowardly cunts

Yep, UEFA tend to get involved when it’s a regular thing. See Liverpool.

No one must have informed them about Tel Aviv .

It’s just an odd question & comparison tbh.

Attacking anybody whilst they’re trying to earn a living is wrong. Nothing I’ve said suggests attacking a muslim is worse than attacking a scouser. So it’s a bit strange you’re asking me that.

Which other English clubs have a fan base who are travelling across the country, & attacking innocent folk going about their work in the days leading up to the game ?

If we had a fan base now who started behaving similarly to Maccabi fans then they would be treated the same.

It’s not fan on fan football related violence, so why are you comparing it to that ?

Almost every ref you have made to that game in Holland you have mentioned “attacks on Muslims” I don’t think once you have mentioned attacks on Jews. You’ve just said “attacking anyone whilst they’re trying to earn a living is wrong” now this happens a lot during football. Do you ever go to games? You surely doing a good job of making it out like it’s worse to attack muzzies.

Probably not as bad / one sided as folk are making out.

Muzzles 😂 fck me.

That’s because the report sent to the WMP from the Dutch police stated that the Maccabi fans were the first to instigate the violence, which then led to reprisal attacks. Which included innocent Maccabi fans being attacked.

It was Maccabi’s history of instigating violence that literally led to them being banned. Which is why I’m referring to their actions specifically 👍

Are you going to show me where an English fan base has done the same thing the Maccabi fans did in Amsterdam recently ? Or are you just going to keep telling me I don’t go to games ?

Or maybe UEFA are scared of being called anti semitic

Anyway, the Dutch police thought it was bad enough, so did WMP

The Israeli police abandoned one of their games at half time recently due to crowd trouble

These things happen in football

So with this, & the Roma fans, why are folk still arguing the decision from WMP wasn’t based on similar safety concerns about the opposing fans?

The evidence is clearly there.

Because this was a decision made by UEFA. Do keep up.

Surely if the Dutch police thought they were bad they would have told Ajax not to sell them tickets?

There’s plenty of instances were fans have kicked off abroad. You don’t have to go abroad either, look at our fan base and see what’s happened at home.
