I think it would be a nailed on success along the lines of the Escape to Victory. It's a story of a group of young lads going to war rather than a Bolton Wanderers thing.
You can see he is a real leader on the pitch, never stops talking.
Neil Warnock told Parky that if he needed a leader then he wouldn't go wrong with Henry and how did we repay that kindness? By screwing him over for £6m.
IMO this is the only Wanderers message board worth bothering with and I hope you stick around but if you think you have received loads of abuse on this thread then maybe it isn't right for you.
The preposition “to” is disappearing, “I am going town” etc.
And the site’s drunk use of ‘n’ all instead of and all, if nothing else it is more fiddly to type on a mobile.
Don’t think so. We had a bogeyed teacher at school and his lessons were like Russian roulette. You were never sure if it was you he asked a question to and if you answered it was 50/50 whether he would shout “shut up boy, I asked Jackson” (who would be sitting on the other side of the classroom).
You never know with Rangers, that club slings money around like a drunken sailor.
When the reformed club joined the Third Divison they paid their first choice goalkeeper £600k pa, that in a League when their rivals were splashing out £15 appearance money with a can of Irn Bru at half time.
Mopsy’s lad is having a great season and has been turning out for Lancs u19’s. He put a lot of effort in over winter so good to see him get the rewards.
That it's nothing new.
The black lads playing for England always copped abuse, mainly from the Chelsea contingent. Some of that lot were on a flight from Rio with the players and press after we had beaten Brazil 2-0 and John Barnes had scored a cracker. They did the "goals from blacks don't count" filth and were saying it was a 1-0 win.
What you have to remember that this is a place where generally white working class men 30 and above post so the general tone is always going to be as it is. Doesn’t mean it is wrong or right.
I was reading that and agreeing then remembered the Rotherham child abuse. That was a liberal mindset failing to protect children because of the race/religious element.
A clever player and I enjoyed watching him but just too slow for the league we are in. He certainly helped Anthonee Robinson out when they played together.
