Booked 10th > 18th June Out on Eurostar and then having a mooch about over there. Paris 10th> Mareilles 11th (Aix en Provence) > Montpellier 12th > Tolouse 13th > Bordeaux 14th is as far as we've got for hotels. Not particularly looking forward to Lens if France 98 was anything to go by.

The Malt N Hops behind the train station in Chorley is worth a shout Mounts,... owned by Beartown, has a few of their brews on and a couple of guests... Last time I had the Reverend James was in the Bretherton Arms in Chorley the other month, that might have been a guest though.....

Went to Rossendale myself and had a good day out... better than the ones Ive had the Reebok last season... it's good to be able to stand at a game, have a drink of real ale in the clubhouse at half time and a game of pool, and watch teams with English players who seem to actually give a **** about what they are doing....

Your not wrong there Widnes... ended up asleep for a good 20 minutes in the first half...

In the City end tomorrow... remember being in the old Umbro Stand in 1997 and getting hoyed out when Sellars scored, at least we got on the pitch when he scored... should be a good day..

Went Bratislava when England played Slovakia in 2003 and thought it was rough as ****, having said that only had a day there... so might be off the mark.. Vienna - went when England played in 2004 and thought it was ok - if a bit pricy...

wasnt too bad a place really... should have stayed there instead of enduring the sh!te at Anfield..

aye, the old bill were knobs.... five nicked off the coach I was on - when really it could have been none if they would have used a bit common... but that would be a step too far for the average old bill admitedly.
