  1. Well CAPSLOCKCOLIN I've been on mod preview for two years so don't get your hopes up
  2. Well from down here Chanel 9's coverage finished before the presentation, bloody disgraceful! Going to be fun at work though, there will be a few heated debates
  3. Difference is (but I can't speak for bolty) is that we live and work as Australians now. Ok when the ashes come along we support England and have plenty of banter with the so called true blues. The problems in England have come from the establishments ignorance on immigration and allowing migrants to live in ghettos and live as if they are in their or their families country of origin. No attempt at integration was attempted from the outset. Now we have the pc brigade who live in a glass bubble and don't realise that most immigrants would knife them in the back if it came to it. Soft touch England is laughed at by Australians, I just hope Aussie government learn by England's mistakes and stand by the statement, if you don't like it here you are free to leave.
  4. Like Bolty I am in the Southern Hemisphere and have supported Bolton through thick and thin, but I would be seriously disappointed if that Pikey cunt Roy Keane came anywhere near our team
  5. Shit me, I've been on moderator watch for about three years for comments regarding moderation. Sanctimony at its finest
  6. FFS I'm at the other side of the world and I can see this is the wrong formation and team selection
  7. RIP Gaz, The ultimate premier league professional
  8. Yeah but Bolton ain't got any fackin cockney rent boys
  9. According to the BBC website SW had zero shots on target for the whole game, gotta laugh
  10. Come on the Taff's, I hate those cockney rent boys, booing their team on the first day of the season
  11. He is shite, always was! We just wanted him to be good as he was a local lad.
  12. It was my local for a few years and played for their very average pub side. Had some cracking nights when Fat Frank was the landlord. Don't agree with the need of a make over the decor was part and parcel of the experience. Had a pint there on a recent trip home. Great spot, shame it is closing.
  13. At home too with a few other ex Boltonians. I have never been so nervous about a semi since I watched Brokeback Mountain! COYFWM!!!!
  14. Don't understand when people say Mavis needs to step up. When he has played this season he has been one of our better players. Just when he has got a run in the team he has been either injured or suspended. Along with holden he would be my first pick in centre mid. If anyone needs to step up it is Muamba, and if anyone needs to step off and keep walking it's Petrov
  15. I thought we played well through out the game, just one mistake cost us. Think I woke the the street when that tackle went in. We will be better when we get rid of that shower of shite Petrov, he is a fuckin waste of space. When he is on it's like we are playing with 10 men. Elmander had a good game, and Gary Cahill was magnificent, was first to every ball and drove out from the back 4 on more than one occasion. God I hate those twats with a passion
  16. Well done boys, great second half performance. Fantastic traveling support, made me very proud and envious to see all those happy faces at the final whistle. Still not sure about the Davis, klasnic, Elmander combination, looked a better team with two natural wide players and two up top, but that's not a complaint just an observation. Hope you all enjoyed the day, love the early kick off too, might get to bed at a reasonable time after a few celebratory beers!
  17. Yep, Do I know you Mr Walker?
  18. Yes, you would think so wouldn't you. I came back for a holiday in September and wanted to get hold of a ticket for the game against the DMB's. I emailed the club and the ticket office asking politely if they could help me out. I explained I had been a season ticket holder for many years before emigrating and I was willing to pay in advance for any purchase. Never heard a dickie bird...... Luckily one of the lads got hold of one for me and I had great day out!
  19. It would be hard convincing the missus that a $5,000 trip back to the motherland for (as she would say) "a game of football" would be money well spent. I might have to tell here that I am working away for a couple of weeks. Do us overseas fans deserve a ticket? Probably not, but I have certainly spent enough money with the club over the years to a least try and get one for a cup final. Although we have not got season tickets and attend matches it does not change how much we love the club, we do get up at some un godly hours to watch the games.
  20. Got to agree, but wasn't just how loud we sang that night that made it one of the best games as a Bolton fan. It was the fact we did it for the whole game. There were alot of people who went to work the next day and had lost their voice. I just remember Burnden Terrace bouncing, great days!
  21. Was that the day Alan Thompson got a straight red
  22. Why don't we try and get Nico back instead?
  23. Joe Cole, complete cuntibollocks
  24. A sad day, RIP Nat a true Bolton legend both on and off the pitch
