  1. The difference between us and them this season sadly. Lincoln just been that bit more ruthless. Anyway, bollocks to them, enjoy our day.
  2. Plenty of folk celebrating the twatting of the regime in London. Presumably many such events all over. Maybe Starmer will finally proscribe the IRGC. Then again, probably not.
  3. 4 for Lincoln. They're fucking tremendous.
  4. Their keeper made a fine save from him too, which would have made the score all the more impressive.
  5. Aye. We'd all like an absolute stonker of a keeper, but we are in the third division. Maybe closed season, we'll re-assess. We are winning though, and winning well. No one expected this, and it's what we need to do if we are to put any doubt into the minds of those above us.
  6. A somewhat inaccurate strike that, unless it was debris from an intercepted missile. They're attempting to strike US bases in the region, obviously, and numerous waves being intercepted over Israel. Starmer confirmed that RAF is involved in defensive operations.
  7. Missed one or two again, but these are on a decent run, so leading at half time is excellent. Just win, and see what happens elsewhere.
  8. Excellent. Accy down to 10 too.
  9. Typhoon is a decent one too. Harrier magnificent. Still have a decent contribution to the industry.
  10. About what exactly? Clearly there is no effort by our government to get those people out, so there is nothing to discuss with him. Your constant comments about the difficulty is bizarre. Of course it would be difficult. All action is difficult. Doesn't mean we shouldn't do it, and help our own nationals. We'll just have to hope that they are let out, as the authorities change.
  11. Irrelevant to the point being made.
  12. No alternative. Can't worry too much about that, when Iran is pretty much able to strike Europe now, and elsewhere in the middle east. That's without nuclear arms. They've been funding, and conducting terrorism all over the place, and apart from the odd skirmish, little has been done whilst they become more belligerent.
  13. Bit nicer weather there than here.
  14. It's down to the people. Hopefully they will be given equipment should it be needed, but I think the regime will collapse quite quickly. They are already saying the supreme leader and president aren't in the country. Hardly inspirational leadership.
  15. I was surprised by that. Thought it would have happened overnight- it was clear an attack was imminent last night, when embassies were being cleared, but when I woke up and it had only just started, it was an eye opener. Heard that some of our aircraft have been involved in downing a missile over Qatar. Might not be true of course.
  16. Eh? Don't think anyone believes it would involve just knocking on the door.
  17. Went in a vulcan not too long ago. Remarkably cramped inside for such a big aircraft. Great watching them fly and the noise is indeed incredible. At Southport airshow though, I felt the typhoon was louder (also two engines).
  18. Osint seem to be a reliable set.
  19. https://news.sky.com/story/man-charged-over-graffiti-on-sir-winston-churchill-statue-in-parliament-square-13513201 Dome confusion here. Just who did it?
  20. They already have them according to one report this morning. 2000km range.
  21. I've been hearing them over the last week too. Wasn't sure if they were fighter types, or lone range refuelling jobs. Said to the wife it didn't sound like a normal commercial aircraft.
  22. You're assuming he told his mum the truth, and all of it. He hasn't told anyone else all of it, and it's taken revelations, accusations and investigations to get this far. Years after her passing. Without knowing exactly what he told her, or didn't, it is somewhat remiss to make too big a judgement about her.
  23. Seems that pretty much every team we face at the moment is in reasonable form. Blackpool less so, but it is a derby.
  24. Indeed. Was just checking that your "more than 4m", was for everyone, not just Ukraine. Would imagine there are umpteen millions being made per month at the moment- understandable of course- but how many will become outdated and ineffective through technology improvements, before nations get chance to use them? Really getting into sci-fi type stuff now. "I drone"
  25. Seen a bit of the ginger fisherman. Quite a few decent fishing ones.
