I think my irony has been a little too subtle. I purposely didn't list Wooten as I cannot think of anything he has been on, maybe Loose Women. They have opinions as well.

I hadn't appreciated that this was just about presenters, I`m simply pointing out that the BBC have several programme's in which people from different political spectrums are allowed to vent. Are Plummer and Afsar presenters though? I couldn't list a long line of people who have appeared on GB News so thought a simple list of presenters who have all appeared on several debating programmes and vented at will would suffice. I would counter as well that GMB which is ITV does allow the presenters to be quite opinionated.

It's the other side that don't get on the BBC. Like Holmes, Diamond, Farage, Portillo, Tominey, Oliver, Evans and Fox who have never had a chance to air views on the BBC. Also the Scottish bloke who set it up, who apart from having his own show on the BBC for several years, discussing politics, was never allowed to let any one know his personal views.

I grew up in Breightmet in the 70s and 80s and no chance a couple of kids would take a bike without consent and ride it around like a couple of dickheads. Probably because we got the cane at Crompton Fold. Simpler times.- Glad our footy season is over roll call...
That would have been ticked off in the "experimental" youth phase.- The Cost Of Living Crisis
Well done if your getting a Negroni for £7 in London, it is probably £12 in Wetherspoons.- Politics
We are in a transition period between Jan next year and 2027. After that the rules are even more stringent on rules of origin. Unless the Government make great strides in battery manufacture then it is not going to happen. US, China and EU are all doing it but it is going to be difficult for any medium sized country to compete I'm afraid.- Politics

Because the only reason it was ever brought in was for the benefit of the broadcasters and the final is the only one of those 49 games they really care about.- Tv Shows

I think everyone did in the end. Remember speaking to the bouncer about 10 years later and he said it was worse that the adult one, which is saying something.- First night club

In the box you get waiter service so it looks like you only got half an upgrade.- Name The Ground
Is that Vale Park, Wembley of the North. Never went but heard about it from a Stoke mate.- UK Pension
They always were but most are now quitting because quality of life as a GP is on its knees. This is from a limited pool if three GPs aged 50-60 who five years ago were looking at ways to circumnavigate the pension rules who now couldn't give a flying fuck and are looking for the best way out as soon as possible without screwing up the practices they run. It is not the job they signed up for I'm afraid.- UK Pension
Dropping the cap a few years ago may have helped get a few doctors back when it was a reason for many taking early retirement (I believe there was a way round it by "retiring" for a few months). GPs are not leaving the profession at the moment because they cannot put money into a pension. - Meanwhile in Wales
