Looking back is pointless.
Nobody is denying the start of the season has been horrendous. However, taking last night's game in isolation, it was a decent point and most importantly it was a clean sheet - i fail to see why taking the positives from that is in anyway a bad thing.
Obviously I'd love nothing more than a win on Saturday, but if a decent performance and a clean sheet yields only a draw then I'd settle for that. The rot would've stopped and we'd have built a foundation to move forward. If that means we've left too much to do to end up being promoted then so be it.
At the moment the important thing is to get a settled team all playing for each other and get them doing the basics right. Once we're doing this regularly then the results and the inevitable move up the table will take care of themselves.
