  1. A particular favourite...
  2. Very poor today. Not sure their keeper had a save to make in the second half. january will be interesting to see who we can bring in/get rid of but I reckon this season is now a write off. Still, plenty of good trips to be had, roll on leeds.
  3. I've been told I have a look of Jonny Evans for a while. I could never see it until I spotted a slight resemblance recently. The sudden urges to headbutt walls are becoming increasingly regular.
  4. Thanks for the recommendations!
  5. Out there for a few days over the weekend, any recommendations for best places to drink etc? Anything we should do/see/avoid? How far will a pound take me?
  6. The way he represented himself and the club in general, especially throughout the Muamba situation was exceptional IMO. It's just a shame that he proved himself to be an appalling football manager. I wish him all the best.
  7. Thunderball I saw her standing there bond is quality, i cant wait for skyfall
  8. I seem to remeber us winning a throw-in in their half with about 30 seconds left....what could go wrong.
  9. Great night, and great fun at school the day after!
  10. I would recommend the Thames Clippers. It's a commuter boat that takes the same route as the tourist boats from the London Eye through to the O2 (under tower bridge, past Canary warf etc etc) at a fraction of the price (about £4 if you have a day travel card.) You also don't have to put up with some wanky tour guide. There is a bar onboard and an open deck at the back so you can take in the sights with a beer. Takes about 45 minutes. It's well worth it, and you're only a couple of stops from the Olympic park on the Jubilee line if you get off at the 02. http://www.thamesclippers.com/
  11. Absolutely fantastic last night. I was half expecting the gig its self to be shite but they were top notch. Managed to smuggle some booze in pretty easily and we got to the bar quickly enough and bought in bulk. If they called it a day now, they will only have suplimented their already legendary status. I hope they carry on though, cant wait to see them again.
  12. Sums up how I was starting to feel about the Prem. Still, it was gutting to be relegated. After taking a few days after Stoke to get over it I've been getting more and more excited about this coming season. Going through the fixtures has made me even more giddy, we have some great away days to look forward to.
  13. on an earlier one from london, packed with city and qpr. Journey back will be good fun if we win
  14. Lived in Reading centre for just under a year. Good to know there are a few Whites in the area, the ignorance towards anything north of Oxford down here is shocking!
  15. United away 1-0 Nolan, school the next day was great fun. Guimares, my first euro away and didn't really know what to expect. Walking into the square to be greeted by thousands of whites, the flags etc etc was incredible. Birmingham in the cup last year, shame the video taken from their end of our lot isn't available anymore. The recent game at WHL will also live with me forever.
  16. We managed to get one in the away end from their ticket office on the day of the game last year.
  17. On the way back, great day out. shite first half but we were excellent after going behind. Very good backing from our lot
  18. Come May 5th: Muamba Ohhhhhh Muamba Ohhhhhh He came back from the dead Put the cup above his head! But in the meantime: Fabrice, Fabrice Muamba come back and learn to shoot!
  19. Don't think I will ever forget that, or the reactions of the players who were nearby at the time when they could tell it clearly wasn't working.
  20. Liverpool st for 1. COYWM
