hes one of the better ones to be fair, he gave a few things agaist us in a match last season but on secound viewing on match of the day you could see his point of view. hes better than most and most importantly he lets the game run

i was one of the unlucky 150 fans that made the trip to spurs for the league cup, we stuck out a shit team and got compleatly smashed 6 nil. i then desided i wouldent leave myself open to such a waste of time and money to go to another league cup game. as it happens we went and got to the bloody final the next year. i did make it to all the matches after we beat liverpool in the run to the final but the point is i think we now actualy go out to win the league cup. we might not put are very best 11 out but it will be close i think so i will be trying to get down there. i think as fans we need to actualy make it clear that we want to win this cup and turn out in large numbers.

there was also a great match in the league cup in the 01/02 season agaist walsall that ended 4-3 after extra time. i rember steve banks saving a pen in the last few minutes to help stoping the match going to pens

thats never been the case for me but i havent been for about a year. we should count are selve lucky i once went into a sports shop might have been a jjb, would have been about 94 - 95 and the shop assistant didt even know bolton had a team, me thinks they were takeing the piss slightly

in the jjb in the trafford centre u cant buy a bolton top and ur lucky if u can find one in any of the other shops including sports world the nearest place for me to get a new top is the sports world in bury iv tryed in manchester city centre but its a hard find

i think the main reason there was less there agaist spurs was just down to it being early august and there are alot of people on holiday or have just spent alot of money over the kids school holidays and saw it was on sky and thought sod it ill save a bit of money i think he was making the point that an away game is a better day out not that we play better

quality i was racking my brain as well to try and think of when the game was and now i no its because it never existed

so theres only been 1 great game in all the years you have spent watching bolton god knows y you bother. i can list plenty of truly great games (in my view) and if i couldt do that i would not bother going at all when was the last time you were entertained?

one of the best league games for me was the game agaist spurs when we were desperate for a win and the hole stadium got behind the team and finaly we got a pen and jay jay was the coolest heas in the house to stroke it home. that was one of the best nights for me probably not everyones best but for me it felt great to be a bolton fan that night

i could not agree more there was some great nights at burnden but there has been some at the reebok as well such as staying up on the last day against boro, wining agaist west brom to make it to the play off final and beating charlton with 10 men to make it to the fa cup semi. we cant go back to burnden so everyone needs to just live for the here and now who knows we could welcome big clubs in the champions league some day in the next few years and that would never have happened at burnden it just was not possible to stay there sadly
