Just had a look at the old school house in Harwood and for 2 bed apartments now starting £1200 including fees. Who in their right mind is paying that here. One of its features ‘close to Manchester’ amazing.

My main reasons are; My family and my mrs's family are all up north (Bolton, Sale, Stockport, Hull and Durham) I love London and if I was a millionaire I'd stay here but wouldn't want to live anywhere else in the South East (the home counties I really don't like very much, I've been proper miserable living in East Kent, Hertfordshire and West Sussex) No desire to live in another country for months on end - rather go on some nice holidays.

So it's either London or Gtr. Manchester - and as it's closer to family, my home area and more affordable - it'll be Gtr. Manchester please. Yeah, I'll be ready to come home by then.
