I actually think the payment side has improved with the saved card option rather than having to fuck about approving the transaction in my banking app. Even the half hour countdown came in handy for Accrington tickets while I was trying to sweep up enough tickets becoming available.

You should have received a “Your Ticket Purchase - order number xxxx” email that has a PDF attached. There’s a barcode by the seat details and a QR code further down. I’ve saved mine in my iPhone files so easy enough to bring up.

Must admit, it wasn’t straightforward this morning. It rejected my saved card history. It took me through the banking app verification twice and timed me out once. 

And while I’m no IT whizz, I consider myself competent, and upto Accrington I’d never missed out. 

If it had been a popular in demand away game I may have missed out again. But as it was limited demand and no pressure it was fine. 

But why should it be this way? God knows what’s happening to those loyal fans who can’t operate modern IT systems quickly.

It needs sorting out and quickly

I'm trying to get 2 tickets for Wycombe and have got a number of S/T holders in my "network".

As soon as I select 1 ticket, the rest is greyed out, as if that's the maximum I can buy.

How do I get 2 seats? (together).

I've only ever bought away tickets over the phone before but lines still closed.

At the top of the page you can usually select how many you want, then you individually allocate the type (Adult/U16 etc) of ticket. Then you assign each one to a season ticket/member

He needs to be able to buy tickets on the refs in his account

I dont know that that is default

Its a cack system

He will end up ringing up

But yes, first thing is select the number of tickets

Thanks both.  I'm not getting far TBH, don't even have the option to buy one now, I'll have a pint and try again later.  Then just go to the ticket office tomorrow probably (unless phone lines back on in morning).  But cheers anyway.
