Well here we go. The excitement builds for our first game. Can we build on 2 years of progress in this division and a good pre-season to state our claim for promotion.

First decision for Evatt will be whether to go with a number 10 behind 2 forwards - if he does CMG is the man.

But I think he’ll grow into the first 11 - he can make a difference next week coming from the bench. 

Just 3 positions up for grabs then for me. I think Morley will pip Thomason, Adebeyejo will go up top with Charles and Iredale wil go LCB (if fit, if not Forrester did very well today.

I didn’t say anything of the kind. I responded to a post saying they’d be happy with 8 points from the first four games which I disagreed with if our target was automatic promotion. All four games were in my opinion winnable and consequently I’d expect 12 points. It’s an opinion, what need is there for sarcasm and abuse? If you disagree say why, it’s that bloody simple isn’t it? The forums for opinions so just have one and no damage done. You can’t do that can you?

You literally said "8 points would be a complete failure for me if we want to make the automatics." How else can that be interpreted? I didn't "abuse" you in the slightest. I repeated your comments back to you.

When @Whitesince63 first landed he went through a phase of being overly defensive of his posts and resorting to insults, then he seemed to calm down, hopefully this is just a blip. His opinions are as valid as anyone's.

Can you actually read? Stop inventing words I didn’t write. I said if we had serious aspirations of automatics we needed 12 points from what I consider to be eminently winnable games. The words complete failure were never written by me and you know it.

Ani, I don’t like abusing anyone, you just get sick of certain posters all the time replying with insults. I use all the Wanderers forums and the BN but I never need to respond in an abusive way because people don’t abuse me. It’s really that simple. When I first joined, like a couple of other new members I was the subject of constant abuse from these same long term members and they never change. Maybe I shouldn’t respond at all but the likes of Cheese and his mates really are the ones who need to not prompt it in the first place. Just make your points on Wanderers issues, how hard can that be?
