I'd rest the wing backs Cogley & Randy, & the strikers Charles & Vic because they all run miles & Sheehan & Santos because they're too important to risk.              Baxter

Expect Forrester, Iredale, Ashworth, Maghoma, Bod & Dan to start with Mendes Gomez on the bench.

2-0.

They're sitting 4th in the National League above the likes of Rochdale, Halifax and Oldham but have had some mixed results recently and were battered 5 nil away at a resurgent Southend last week but won their last one. Their team seems to be a mixture of young players who been at "bigger clubs" and a couple of old heads like defender Richard Stearman (now 36) who's played in the Prem. Sadly we won't be seeing  a return of our own Connor Hall who they've sent out on loan. Their goalkeeping coach is Kevin Poole.

Moors have a decent following in National League terms - usually get 1100 + and have already sold out the club's coach travel so should be bringing a few.

Wondering what team Evatt will pick for this one?

He should play his strongest available team in my opinion.

Given that Evatt has been knocked out of the FA Cup in the first round in the last 6 seasons (here and Barrow) you'd think he'd be tempted to do just that.

But I don't think he will.

Win or lose really can’t be arsed with a replay

He will play a strong side, even if it has changes in it.

Find it bonkers that folk need a ticket.

I know it's all about data these days, but for once, just allow POTD, so if folk are a bit undecided, they can make a decision late on and not need to piss about.

Funny how the data didn’t apply when you could pay at Wycombe & Charlton on the day

Box looked good for this but can’t drum up 10.

Six of us doing the LOV for a change, only £20 each.....

Out of interest how much is it in there for the season? @steveb maybe?

It won’t ever come back at home.

To be honest it’s pay on the day in a different guise.

Last couple of cup games I’ve made a last minute decision to go - dead easy to just buy on your phone an hour before.

Surely over a year on and after a 35k of us going to Wembley the extreme large majority of us are members?

In, slumming it in ESL.

It's a free hit...lose & we can concentrate on the league,we're not going to win the cup but have a realistic chance of promotion......draw & it's a new ground & a chance of some TV money......win & it's Whitby away in the next round, best fish & chips in the country.

I know where you're coming from, but you can imagine a bunch of blokes maybe having a beer of a Friday night, or even Saturday lunchtime.

Suddenly one pipes up- shall we go down, only a tenner on the door. Aye.

Or shall we go down, but before we do, we've got to order our tickets. A different mindset.

Especially if it's last minute before someone's availability is confirmed.

Maybe it wouldn't make any difference, but on a low key game like this, maybe it would.

In, looking forward to it.

If we draw there a chance the replay will be on TV, that would bring back painful memories, but I'd rather we were in the draw for the 2nd round than not.

It looks like the club are only currently selling tickets in the middle 2 blocks of ESL and WSL, that's very tinpot and as with the opening of only 1 stand for the league cup, it sends a strong signal to fans that the club aren't treating this game with a lot of respect.

More that we’ve been so unlucky with injuries and a replay will bring another fixture in a period where we have a few midweek games

Surely we can buy from the ticket office at 2.45 if we want to?

I get that but we seem to pick up as many injuries in training as in matches, and fringe players or those returning from injuries could probably use the extra game time eg JDB, Maghoma, Mendez Gomez, Ashworth, Forrester etc.  Playing relatively fiesty FA Cup games has to be better than training exercises against Leeds U21s or whoever in the pizza cup.

Well I’d love to bump that pizza cup off but we’re already through so that’s an additional game now, but yeah injuries can happen in training too

for me I’m just focused on the league no better chance than this season for me no distractions well 2 cups anyway
