I thought it was essentially a change of contractor. 

Does it mean therefore that the council was previously going to own the site, but have now sold it?

It’s a bit strange that 8 1/2 years on, we aren’t be constantly showered with mocking updates about the joys of Brexit, and all the money and benefits it brought.

The song remains the same “you lost get over it” “bitter remoaners”

maybe change the record and shove brexits amazing benefits right down our throats instead.
