whole purpose of going out on loan is to learn the game at a professional level. One of the aspects of that being, if your aren’t performing you don’t play. No one is an automatic choice especially if the standard your serving up isn’t good enough

I’d say Tutu’s done well too

To be fair to Miller he has made some good saves today but the defence in front of him has been just dreadful.

The 1st goal was down to Miller, that started the rot.

He looks shaky as fuck to me and has done in every game I’ve seen him. Some good saves but some absolute shocking mistakes. No league 1 level keeper should be getting beaten like he did for the first or the third

Ignoring the specifics of how it’s calculated, would you not agree that we miss chance after chance, but it takes fuck all for the opposition to score against us? That’s essentially what xG is saying.

I’m not using it to defend us at all, it’s shit, we’re shit, but when I see that it rings very true with what I watch. We need to create a hell of a lot of chances to get a goal, yet our defence and keeper only need the slightest pressure and it’s in the back of our net.
