This is what we've been needing, proper tournament footy now. As much as I didn't like the result it was great to watch

Enjoyed that game more than any other in the tournament so far. Fair play to Ancelotti for his mid-game tactical shifts, Japan struggled with the crosses from deep having looked comfortable in the first half.

It is a shame that a lot of the juicier looking last 32 games are late on a school night.

World Cup feels more like the World Cup after watching that. Great spectacle.
