is it me, or has our team gone backwards? do think we look likes weaker than we have in the last 2-3 tournaments

I would say the complete opposite. We now have a manager refreshingly concentrating solely on football matters. It would not surprise me if this found the extra 1% or so needed to go a step further. If we went out at the Group stage (never going to happen) I would still prefer this manager to the last.

Tbh I think the art of defending has been lost, there aren't as many top defenders around as before

Couple of Bolton ones in there.

No pressure for me on this one. Too many incredible teams about to expect us to win it. Hopefully that takes the edge off and allows the lads to enjoy it. Then who knows what'll happen
