Chuck in 2 nights in a shit hotel at ??30 a night and Istanbul cost way under ??300 and Guimaraes and Marseille about ??200. It was only Plovdiv that cost anywhere near ??400. This is assuming you are capable of getting to and from airports, booking flights and hotels and wiping your own arse.
