I don't care if it's entrapment or not.

Garty and the Allardyces need to be squeaky clean. It would appear that they aren't.

Gartside trying to sell a player for 3.5M in the last year of his contract is not corrupt

Craig saying if the chairman knew what he was up to he'd be in trouble (or words to that affect) show if anything Gartside is clean

saying Alladyce like a deal, bearing in mind the number of players we've signed over the last few seasons, again pins nothing on him

thye're no angels I'm sure, they're businessmen and I doubt many business men are "squeaky clean"

but I've seen nothing to suggest corruption either

Have some balls and call for their heads.

May I ask what for?

For bringing shame to the club I love, for making us a laughing stock around the world both on and off the pitch, and for being a fat whinging muppet.

You don't love this club, you do nothing but whine about it.

Show us the proof, biyatch.

Go away, look up entrapment and come back when you've got a clue.

Can not 100% agree with that Carlos.

Craig came across very naive last night. Some of it (like the list of transfers he had been illegally involved with, wanting to progress his career) could be entrapment but his comments to the BBC reporter on the phone, who made it very clear who he was, was not entrapment.

In the call Craig made it very clear that Sam was fully aware that he had received payments for the transfer of players to Bolton when:

1) he was contractually banned from dealing with Bolton transfers

2) he was not named on the official paperwork

3) he was acting illegally as an unoffical agent on the transfers

As I said yesterday though, it is the evidence that the BBC lawyers left on the cutting room floor that could be the most damming!

As Peter Reid would say; "weak as piss"

HOW!!!!!!

no time or patients youre bullshit today!

please refrain from posting...

Here here...this is why they steered clear of the big boys....think if one of those banned the Beeb

First sentence in whole programme, 'he named 7 premiership managers but Sam Alladyce was said time and time again', so fcuking what still tell us the other 6, oh Redknapp is one, beeb scared of mentioning big boys. Witchhunt of the highest order.

So on here the ratio is around 1000 people backing Sam - and 1 saying sack him (guess who)

The "club i love"? what are you like with the clubs you hate.

this was a first contact call froma bloke he said he was a journo

if i was allardyce © taking that call i'd be wary of what i said

i'd argue craig allardyce was only referring to legit deals he'd done

ie ones before he was banned, ones on which he was named, and ones on which he was not acting illegally

ie not the three that careful editing made it look like he was commenting on

ffs, open your eyes

please

Craig himself listed the names of players he had been involved in the transfer of to Bolton.

He was NOT named on the official paperwork for three of these players that Craig HIMSELF admited to being involved in the transfer of and having received money for this work.

I agree that careful editting came into play but the film clearly showed the list of names that Craig himself wrote.

FFS open your eyes

when he wrote the names down

that was at a different time

he was asked a direct question by the journo

he answered it, i would contend referring to the legit deals

watch it again

Didn't the programme show that Craig's name only appeared on ONE official form for transfers of players to Bolton (Jussi) but he himself used the plural on every occassion, e.g 'deals', 'transfers', 'payments'.

Fecking licence fee,

Natasha you are an idiot (and probably the biggest bore on the planet), the biggest laughing stock is the BBC for trying to use the weak evidence they had as actual proof...where was the actual proof?

No, you are an idiot for assuming Fat Sam is innocent.

I???ll bet you ??500 that Fat Sam doesn???t take legal action.

I don't think anybody will take any of your bets, as you are renowned for not paying up when you lose..........................

This is the only reply you will get, where did I say he was innocent? All I saw though was very thin evidence, no actual proof

For all those saying Allardyce is innocent and would not take a bribe, consider this. Sam spent his playing years as a journeyman professional and did not earn the big bucks that the top players are now getting, players that he has to manage. Now if a corrupt agent comes along and says do a deal with this player and there is 100k in it for you, that is a big temptation. Now I don't know whether he is guilty or not (I hope he isn't) but he is a human being and it takes great strength of character to refuse a bribe where there is little chance of being found out..

I don't think anyone on here is saying that he is innocent, just that we are yet to see sufficient evidence to make us think otherwise. If Sam is proven to have taken a bung then I would fully expect the club to prepare a P45 for him.

Exactly if proven then I would expect he would go!

Allardyce did a do for our cricket club and was due to receive a 4 figure fee. He said he didnt want the 4 figure fee and that he wanted us to send it to Bolton Hospice. I know its less than the money the programme was on about.

I still think that shows the kind of man allardyce is. He could have taken the moeny of us and we still would have been more than happy. He refused the money and wanted the hospice to benefit.

Did you let him go first in the hot dog queue though, Horwich? Now, in some circles that could be construed as a bribe.

Given that Jussi was at the club before Sam what's the problem with that?

I didn't see it but there sure seems to be plenty over reaction on here today. Yesterday everyone was whoopin on about Oscar Perez. Is it just me that thinks any bung to take a spanish 2nd division player (equiv to our non league basically) wouldnt be worth the risk?

Sam: I have instructed my lawyersBy Paul Keavenysambungs200906.284050.full.jpgSam Allardyce pictured outside his home today

WANDERERS' boss Sam Allardyce has vigorously denied allegations he took illegal bungs when bringing players to the club.

Speaking outside his home in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Big Sam denied all wrong doing, alleged in a BBC Panorama documentary about bungs which was screened last night.

He said: "I am denying all of the allegations against me. The matter is now in my lawyers hands and will be resolved by due process.

"I have instructed my lawyers to take appropriate action."
