BOLTON WANDERERS have announced the selling arrangements for the forthcoming away match at Blackburn Rovers on Sunday 22nd October, 3.00pm.

 

Tickets will go on sale to season ticket holders on Monday 9th October. Tickets will then be available to Club members OR Lifeline members on Saturday 14th October and will be on open sale on Monday 16th October.

 

Ticket are priced at ??15.00 for Adults and ??5.00 for Senior Citizens (65+) and Under 16s

 

All tickets at any selling stage can be purchased by post, in person or over the phone.

 

If paying by cheque, the cheque must be signed, dated and made payable to BWFC with the value left open.

 

A single transaction fee of ??1.50 will be applied to ALL postal applications.

Just got 12 tickets for the upper tier, lower tier sold out. A fair few people in the queue too i kid thee not.

Amazingly I was on for an even shorter time and this was at dinner time! Admittedly I had just wasted half an hour walking across Bolton town centre to the Market Hall kiosk thinking I could pick Blackburrrn tickets there.

 

Fella at the ticket office tells me lower tier sold out and now selling upper tier.

Just got five tickets at dinner, ticket number now upto 4438

600 left only upper tier as of 5 mins ago out of 5600 we had.

got 2 tickets at twenty past 2. numbers 4554 and 4555

they normally hold back the seats to each end of the stand to stop notrights clodding coins and charging the home fans for segregation purposes.

Dont know if this running total thing is accurate but I got mine at 3.45. Nomber 4718. More importantly the guy in the ticket office said they expected to sell out by tomorrow morning though.

Out of curiosity, and the fact there is an outside chance I might need to get a last minute ticket, I phoned Blackburn and they have confirmed that the Darwen ende holds 8000 and more would be available if we sell out our current allocation.

Now would be a great time if the local rag printed an article on how many tickets we've sold. These things can have a domino effect.

 

If 5500 are people are going, an unusually high total, many more won't want to miss out.
