Bernie Gumble is coming as well.........that should be fun

As long as spazzy Darren is there he'll have someone with a similar mental capacity to talk to!

Got to say (although it doesn't sit comfortably) fair play to them.

As for turn out. Why would we take 5,000 to Wigan @ ??25 a ticket and not take that many to Blackburn at ??15 a time. We've been give the entire Darwen End for this (about 7,000 tickets). With a serious push from both clubs and the media, we could sell out.

Can't wait myself!

The article states that Bolton Wanderers fans have been allocated the entire lower tier Darwen Stand End

i believe wigan will be trying to rob 35 quid apiece off us at their place for a ticket

??4 cheaper than it will be for them at our place!

??39 quid a ticket - that scandalous for an out-of-town stadium with no atmosphere whatsoever.

Indeed it is! It's scadalous for anywhere not just the reebok!

with the cheapo tickets. I hope there's a full house to see us kick their asses and I also hope other clubs (starting with us) get the message asap. Yes, there will be complaints from the ST holders but you have to start somewhere. Discuss.

will still be barely 20k on imo.

people will just think up some other excuse...

as a season ticket holder i would have no problem if they made tickets cheaper for a couple of games, you knwo they could send me a ??10 voucher to spend in the club shop as well and it would cost them virtually nothing given mark up in the shop.

as for the jackburn game i am moving house that weekend but at ??15 be daft not to so will be making the effort.

I think you are in the minority though. Dave Whelan has done the opposite this season, rewarding season ticket holders and penalising 'daytrippers' with price hikes. Success is also a factor, Man United have just topped the 60,000 season ticket holder mark and their membership is increasing, doesnt seem to help us though.

Perhaps they 'only came to see Okocha?' =@

i think it will be a decent attendance, if the blackburn and bolton public dont turn up for this then they don't deserve premiership football.

we could all turn up in baseball caps and scarfs covering our faces, just the eyes visible.

I've texted and emailed plenty of people trying to get them to come out for this one and got to say, most are well up for it. Let's hope that BWFC reply in kind for Blackburn's visit to the Reebok and we get a good crowd and a great Lancashire Derby atmosphere.

Although it would be funny if they didn't.

Right, I'll go out on a limb here: Gareth Moores is really, really bad at his job. Crowds are down, he hasn't got a single clue what to do about it.

This is just a lie, I can't name one single successful ticketing initiative:

Commercial director, Gareth Moores, said: "In the past, we've taken some very successful ticketing initiatives and this is something we will, continue to monitor.

Maybe he's referring to the "let's sell all our tickets for the Carling Cup final" initiative?

aye, very good, better than their initiative to get fans to ewood by placing ads in bus stands with graeme souness stood there, and when someone sat down at the bus stop it triggered something that made souness shout at you

"oi you, get yourself to ewood park"

i sh??t you not

i'd pay to have on of alladyce installed at wigan bus station, but when someone sat down, it said

"pie eating tw??t"

Didn't we charge Blackburn fans ??39 at the Reebok when it was live on Sky two seasons ago?

Me + 6 =D>
