astley bridge Posted October 9, 2008 Posted October 9, 2008 not joking at all more of those seats hit innocent Bolton fans than police bullshit unless your talking about the ones the police chucked back the behaviour of the police was one of the worst things i've seen,but, if you think its ok to lob a sharp heavy piece of plastic into a group of people containing oaps,women and kids then you need to have a word with yerself i did not see 1 chair chucked into bolton fans by bolton fans not saying it didnt happen. what i did see was chairs flying at the police now are you saying that the police were stood in the middle of oaps women and kids???? after repeated batten charges??? yeah anyone chucking chairs from the back of the stand are cunts but i didn't see that im talking about lads at the front of the stand, there the ones getting banned for chucking them at the police cwp it is very much true and on away days aswell your not aloud in there town centre neither wanting bolton lads banned for antics at madrid is just plan wrong fact

The police were cunts that's true but those cobbing chairs etc at them just made them worse. I'm not saying chair throwing was right or wrong, it was done in the heat of a moment imho. Now, I'm not sure where you were stood/sat but we had no option in the ground, they were in our faces. I have pictorial evidence of this. I'll be perfectly honest i wasn't in Madrid but from speaking to plenty who went i know how knobbish the cops were being. but i'll hold my hands up if getting away from the cops wasn't an option regardless of how cock like the police started out, throwing stuf at them will only make them worse it's just human nature.

Madrid police wanted a fight the previous night and all day before the match, they all had the numbers on their helmets and shoulders taped over to avoid being identified. I came back with a shattered knee and a sprained ankle courtesy of the greasy b*stards, I applaud the guys throwing seats at the w*nkers
Guest Biff Posted October 10, 2008 Posted October 10, 2008 The only positive result from losing my wallet in Madrid with ticket in it was that the replacement ticket I got was for the stand opposite the one with the trouble. I experienced no trouble myself but when I returned to the bar near the hotel there were two young lads in there who had been batonned before the game and thathad put them off going inside the stadium. They had returned to the bar and watched it on TV. And just for Widnes one of the lads lifted his shirt and showed me the bruises on his back. They were quite horrific.
