I don't recall Davies stamping on players while they were on the ground, as Keane did on half a dozen occasions or ending a fellow player's career with a 'tackle' he admitted was intended to cause harm.

Beckham? Yeah right, good player but also unbelievably overrated by the media - basically so they could write about him all the time. There would have been a time when I would have named him in this threat but changed my mind, got to admire the way he's marketed himself and took everyone for a shed load of cash - that's what the England footy team will do for you (won't help you win any silverware though). The only thing I hated Shearer for was leading with his elbow but apart from that he was pure gravy.
