in the past weeks I had serveral offers, though I couldn't decide to leave Nantes. After some starting-difficulties I settled down in Nantes very well. I hope, that I could help Nantes a little bit to succeed with the comeback, by scoring four goals. The trainer and the whole team are great and I wish them all the best from the bottom of my heart. I really liked the past weeks in Nantes and got along with the trainer and the other teammembers extremly well.

 

I came to my decision to go to Bolton on the first of September. It was quite obvious, that I would go there, as the Premier League is one of the best in the world and the timelimit is only one year.

 

There is still something, that I would like to point out: I have nothing against Werder Bremen and would like you to stop criticizing eachother. You should not believe in everything, that you can read in the press, as my statements are often shown out of context. As you can imagine, the press loves Ivan Klasnic saying something bad towards Werder. I keep being asked about Werder all the time and from time to time people insinuate that I would be mad on the fans, that stayed on side during my life.

 

Dear fans of FC Nantes: Keep on cheering for your club and show a little patience - You will be back again.
