Cahill to arsenal ?? Be okay at 10mil plus vela and Ramsey on permanent deals

What are our chances of gettng these two permanently in reality? If this did happen alongside the 10mil It would be a good deal imo but I would rather avoid loaning these players ideally. All loaning these players does is improve arsenal and does nothing for us long term as they are unlikely to stay with us meaning even if they do improve us were going to have to look to replace them in summer anyway. I really don't want us to become arsenals development centre when were not really benefiting in real terms. We have collateral with cahill and we need this deal to be beneficial for the club, far too often in the past we've let players go for far less than their worth to us and so should be more hardline with our demands. I very much would like ramsey and vela here though but only on a permanent basis.

10Mil!!!!, now i may be thick, but what is the point of putting a 17.5Mil release clause in a persons contract if you are going to accept a 10Mil bid.

See your point but don't entirely agree with it when you look at the contribution Wilshire made last season. Relegation could have been a distinct possibility without him. Also two decent loan signings would both strengthen the squad and go a long way toward remedying the defecits we have in the current squad. Misfiring in front of goal is the obvious one. At the end of this season there is little doubt that there will be (and needs to be) a clear out of dead wood - Riga, J'OB etc which will give OC more scope to bring in some decent players on permanent contracts.
