You will enjoy that musty smell in the clubhouse what looks like an old scout hut, apart from that the views are stunning.

Flaming hell, it looks miles better now, i wonder if the staff let you out with pint glasses to watch the game now ? At Formby on Saturday no pints outside the clubhouse, but bottles allowed.

When I went watching Matlock a few years ago, we were pitchside with pints.

 

My mate lives in Darley Dale nearby. Just after moving there from Bolton, he went to a Matlock game and got chatting to someone.

 

Within a few mins, got invited on the team coach to an away game!

I went a good few away matches on the team coach with Leigh Genesis, and even got given an official coat to put on so i could get in for a freebie.

Got to Matlock at half 12, went to the wetherspoons and the Chorley team are in there having their pre-match meal.
