Arsenal 3 Wanderers 0

This is going to be an open game and won by the odd goal in a 3-2 thriller as both defences needs to tighten up a bit.

cost us the all important first goal.

  • What worries me is OC sticks with players who are just not performing. He was brave at villa and should have continued with similar set up.

  • A draw, 2 -2 possibly. Arsene out!   Either way, I shall be bobbing back from the pool to the villa to see the results come in

Stuck at Euston, train home not till half 7. Hate this place!! Shithole!! Hate Arsenal!! Hate the people!! And I bloody hate our defence!! Utter garbage!!

If that`s a foul and more so a sending off, it ends Football as a contact sport. If that is what football is becoming I no longer want to watch it. Referees like clattenberg need showing a red card for that display himself.

It's difficult to find any positives this IS a car crash of a start to the season the writing was on the wall when the fixtures came out but you always hope you can get something the harsh reality is we've got nowt performances have been awful compounded by sendings off and injuries.....so the squad and the fans have got to hang in there get next week out the way then turn it around.

Coyles proved with his team selections at Villa and today he can change it round so credit where it's due he's shown he can change formation and personel which alot of us were crying out for - no one can deny one of coyles best assets are the ability to lift players and stay positive we'll need that in bucket loads in a fortnight - along with his new found tactical flexibility!!

But if we don't pick up points he'll be in trouble - I'm usually very positive and will back coyle but I just have this horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach this could be the beginning of the end the odd decent result relegation slog cahill going for fuck all in January....god I hope I'm wrong.....anyone got owens number I need lifting.

it was a foul and as such a red card.

Walcott is running at full whack it only take a little tug like Wheater did to send you crashing to the floor.

A foul? Have you seen it? Clattenburg is a cunt

What fucks me off is that he gets players on loan and then uses em to warm the bench. maybe, just maybe Kakuta and Tuncay might have made an impression. For fucks sake their defending invites attacks from the opposition. Even Roverrrs managed to shove a hatful past them last week.

Definately a foul, definitely a red card, clattenburg is still a cunt

Perhaps I need to see it again then

Think the fa feel its time we went down after dealing us these fixtures, but on a more serious front apart from the top 4 or 5 don t think any one would have any more points thon we have with the same fixtures.trying to look for positives but struggling, one thing we have to do thats already been said , is we have to stick together.

What fucks me off is there was the foul on Ngog eraly doors, the defender could not get to the ball and jumped stright into the middle off his back, goes down holding his head which made do contact at all with Ngog, clattenburg does fuck about it,if it had been the otherway around Ngog would have gone in the book

Yup. That's a booking all day long

the fixtures, im sure we all know the fixture we were dealt with were and hav eproved very difficult, the trouble is we are not showing any fight or desire to compete, now we have never had a team to match the top teams, but we have always had heart and spirit and when you get beat by them its easier to swallow.

When we are getting fookin dicked and not even showing up then this is what causes a problem, we did ok first half, when was the last time we went behind and then won?

Positives? I was in the corporate suites so free pint at half time and no one complained about me shouting for Bolton.

First half they were awful and the crowd was starting to get on their backs, they're not happy at the moment it seems.

Other than that, nothing, even when we got forward kn the second half there was no outlet. In the first half, Davies was winning every knockdown but it just fell to Eagles who fluffed it everytime.

I think Davies won every punt up field during the second half, but no fucker was there to collect and it came right back.

Good first half absolute shite second half.

played alright first half, definitely more pressing and closing down than in quite a few games of late

ngog going off early doors was not good - meant we became slow up front and hitting the high balls be default

shit start to 2nd half made worse by the sending off, not sure it'd been given down the other end though, soft contact, he went down like a sack of shit

downhill from there

just one more game to get through, hope the confidence hasn't been bummed senseless by that point

That sums it up for me - we knew the start would be hard but shipping goals like this has to have an effect, will all confidence be lost by the time we get there?

Is there any confidence now?

Is there any confidence now?

Obviously not, but the point remains - when we clear Chelsea and have a run of games we would otherwise be looking to pick up points from, are we going to be playing like a team that has shipped a shed full and not do so? This is a huge test for any manager and I really hope Coyle can pick the team up and manage this.

So when everyone slated me for stating wheater was slow and loved pulling shirts.........today gives you the evidence!

would of been differant had he been next to cahill with pace and ball sense

Anyone would do well to keep up with Walcott to be fair

On a slightly differtent tack. How many games will Wheater be ineligible for?
