That squid thing with the smoke in the bowl was one of the most jaw dropping things I've ever seen, and that includes the Belladonna baseball bat clip

I've noticed that as well, and it's mildy annoying how he will describe certain flavours/aspects of what he is eating: "Lovely Deeeeeeeep chocolate"

 

I don't know how Wallace got that gig, he after all only a costermonger isn't he?
