SHAT Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 That scumbag up Egerton who murdered his ex mrs and the kids by hitting them with an iron.Very nearly ended up doing my jury service on that but they decided to hold the trial in Preston, thank god.Don't think I could have stomached a trial like that. The Jamie Bulger one always haunts me too as one of my lads was the same age. Close to my heart was that incident due to my personal circumstances at the time. The army said they were off duty. They weren't, but I suppose when they do that job it's best to say that. The savages said it was self defence. Dragging someone out of a car isn't that. Adams said it was provocative. Murdering bastard. Edited February 5, 2012 by no balls Quote

Sure we once put a thread on here something about photography or murders previous & i highlighted this one. The image of their naked, muddied, bloodstained corpses strewn in some back street in NI was haunting. Soham was a shocker. The Ukraine lads who beat victims to death with a hammer. See gore websites for actual footage. The two Americans held captive with Ken Bigley - watched them get beheaded & never slept right for days. Quote
ZiggyStardust Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Bulger. Forget the way that the self-pity city portray it since, it was, and still is, a shocker. Bambi. Horrific. Quote
Underpants Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Lesley Whittle This one sticks with me too. Remember a lesson at primary school about God & Heaven. I remember clearly telling the teacher that the man who killed Lesley Whittle would not go to heaven. Back then, while the rest of the school was bouncing about on space hoppers, watching Crystal Tipps & Alistair and collecting stamps for Blue Peter, I was watching the news and had my finger firmly on the pulse of the nation. Site Supporter Tonge moor green jacket Posted February 10, 2012 Site Supporter Posted February 10, 2012 Remember the Birmingham pub bombings. On the news a few days later, it showed a leaflet made by the police requesting help. On the cover was a picture of a charred body- couldn't make much out as it was charred. As a kid it became fixed in my memory and scared me shitless for ages. Can see it now as I type. Too many others to mention- like spider said Beslan was horrible- with news reporter in the studio shitting herself thinking the reporter at the scene had been shot. As for watching people get their heads lopped off; was strong enough NOT to watch it, thank fook Quote
