Well some fucker booked this week off to finish my garden. Flood defences are holding up (drainage pipe into next door's garden), not going out in this though. Grim.

Just had a brief but intense hail storm. Had to punch the awning roof to dislodge all the ice. There's drifts of the stuff. Doubt I'll be going fishing.

Belmont appeared to be shut this morning. Had to do a u-turn and go through Egerton and Darwen instead. Fucking imbeciles driving along at 5mph causing the problems as whenever they get to an uphill bit they've got no momentum to get up the hill ... and nor has anyone who was stuck behind them.

 

I was fewmin.

Conversely, flagged a car down flying along in the snow towards an overturned car blocking the road up Rivi this morning.
