I heard a lorry overturned between J5 and J6 too, that's probably what th'ambulances were on their way to. Aye, Daughter travels from J9 to Preston every day. Said lorry coming on at J6 went through a barrier on the flyover crossing over to join Westbound. Chaos.

The thought of having to commute to Manchester would fill me with dread.
